6/13/06 - Adam, Harrison, Chris; 21-mile after-work ride, on Minuteman Trail, across historic Lexington Battlefield, dodging several cars along the way on Mass Ave., afterwards rewarding themselves with peanut butter ice cream and wine.
6/4/06 - Adam; 35 miles, outside Boston. Reports an aching knee. Consumes generous amounts of ibuprofin.
